시스코에서 제공하는 Demo License를 받아서 설치하는 방법에 대한 내용으로 시스코에서 제공하는 일부 장비는 아래와 같은 순서로 진행하면 사용하실 수 있습니다.
제 경우 3560X 장비에 대해 받아서 사용을 해 봤습니다.
시스코 장비의 라이선스에 대한 시점 기준은 재부팅 입니다.
라이선스 설치 후 재부팅 -> 새로운 라이선스 적용
라이선스 기간 만료 후 재부팅 -> 만료된 라이선스 제한
그러니 데모 라이선스를 올리고 재부팅을 하지 않을 자신이 있으시면 쭉 라이선스를 사용할 수 있는 걸로 알고 있습니다.

다운로드 하시면 .lic 파일을 받을 수가 있고 연동된 이 메일로도 라이선스 파일과 함께 간단한 사용 방법을 보내줍니다.

Attached to this email you will find a file with the ".lic" extension. This is the file that will activate the IOS Feature Set that you purchased for your Catalyst Switch. Do not edit the contents of the .lic file in any way or you will render the file useless.
Installing your Cisco IOS Software Activation License
This license can be installed using the IOS command line interface (CLI) or the Cisco License Manager. Instructions for using the CLI are included below. For details on downloading or using the Cisco License Manager, please go to http://www.cisco.com/go/clm.
Please note the Unique Device Identifier (UDI) for this license. This license can only be installed on the switch that has this matching UDI.
License Installation Using the CLI
First copy this license to the switch¿s flash memory using the copy command and a TFTP server.
Example:

Note, while the show flash: command now lists the file in the flash, it has not yet been installed. The license install command must be used to install the license.
